Request a Private OTC Channel

1. Click on the "Create Private OTC" tab at the top right of the Frictionless app.

2. Select a name for your channel. We recommend adding your project, name or an ID to help identify it to your Offer Contributors. It's also a great idea to include the pairs that you wish to switch.

3. Select the token pair that you wish to switch. You can also add custom tokens by supplying the Token Address and Uniswap Pool Address.

You can find the Token Address here. Always make sure that you have the right Contract Address! You can find any Uniswap liquidity pool address here. Search for your token, scroll down and click on pools. Find the pool paired with Ethereum (must be ETH). Here, you will find the corresponding liquidity pool contract address.

4. Include each address that you wish to whitelist for your Private OTC Channel. You can whitelist several addresses. The first one is on us! You can also unlock unlimited addresses with a small fee of $10 USD in $FRIC.

5. All OTC trades on the Frictionless platform use real-time pricing, something that sets us apart from any DeOTC experience that is currently available. You can choose to add a bonus to your offer as an extra incentive for your Contributors.

6. You can create multiple Switches, using different pairs for your channel with a very accessible fee of $2 USD in $FRIC for each additional Switch.

7. Click on continue. Verify that the details for your Private Channel are correct and that you have enough $FRIC in your wallet to cover the total. Once you're ready, submit your request.

8. Our team will get to your request as soon as possible.

9. Check if our team has approved your request by clicking on the "Private OTCs" tab. Once approved, you will see a green notification that says "Activated." Please note that this process may take some time. If you need to expedite it, feel free to reach out to us.

10. Click on "Pay" and click on "Confirm" in your wallet extension; you will then receive a notification in the Frictionless app. Once our team has deployed it on our end, you will be able to deploy the Switch and enjoy a Frictionless OTC Experience!
